Nick & Nate's Pizza is located within The Villages commercial development in Sylva, NC. BSI was hired to complete the building construction and perform site improvements. The building was partially complete when the owner and original building contractor came to an impasse and terminated their agreement. BSI was then hired to complete the project. Major items within the project included completion of the 4,000 SF building, 565 LF of storm drain pipe, 220 LF of sewer line, 2,408 SY of asphalt pavement, 1,850 LF of 18" curb & gutter, and one dumpster enclosure.
