BSI performed site improvements for this project in Asheville, NC. The prime contract was performed for a private developer located in the area. Major items included within the construction where 600 LF of silt fence, 1,500 SF of building demolition, 2,400 CY of cut-fill excavation, 5,600 CY of export fill, 200 LF of storm drain pipe, 4 EA drainage structures, 1,300 LF of 18" curb and gutter, , 900 SF of MSE retaining wall, 1,250 SF of redi-rock retaining wall, 1,390 tons of compacted aggregate base, and 275 TN of asphalt paving |
